What:  New York State 5 hour Pre-Licensing Class (Mandatory)
Where: THE COMFORT INN at 1000 Upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY
Why:  State mandated
When: Generally the first Sunday of every month
 ***Pre-Registration Required  call (607) 648-5665
Time:  8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.
Cost: $50 (Check or Cash, payment due the day of class)
Checks made payable to Scutt's Driving Academy
Student Needs:  $50, a snack and a vaild PHOTO learners permit
***non English speaking students must be accompanied by a translator

PLEASE REMEMBER:  A registration is a commitment to the class, a no show is a lack of responsibility and student will be billed for the class. 

​Individuals attending Scutt's 5 hour class will be given priority when establishing a driving lesson schedule.
